Irish Coffee Liquor Recipe

For my friend’s birthday and for my host mom’s bday I made what I initially thought was bailey’s but realized like a dumbass later that is was more Irish coffee.  Below is the recipe with photos! Enjoy! It’s really delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Mineral Water 1 3/4 cups (400cc)
  • Refined Sugar 2 cups (400 grams)
  • Instant Coffee 3 tablespoons
  • Condensed Milk 1 1/4 cups (400 grams)
  • Vanilla Extract 2 tablespoons
  • Whiskey 1 cup (250cc)
  • Ethyl alcohol 96º 1 cup (250cc)

Process:

In a large pot mix the water, sugar and instant coffee and bring it to a boil or until the sugar dissolves.

Add condensed milk and stir until all is mixed well.

Leave it in the fridge to cool.  When it is good and chilly add the vanilla extract, whiskey and ethyl alcohol slowly and stirring constantly.

Bottle it, cork it and decorate it.  Let it set for 30 minutes before you drink it. That’s it!
